The motor is a high end power DC motor, these motors are designed for long life and absolute silent running. The included advanced remote controls the fan in 5 speed ( 2 slow motions ) timer and reverse. 

The fan is entirely made of ABS, ideal for islands, beach resorts or high humidity areas.
